He secured new tenants for me very quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. Oliwia has also been a fabulous help in the lead up to the tenancy commencing. We had a good experience working with Gibbs Gillespie. Jo is friendly and professional. We had multiple viewings on the property before we decided to purchase it and she was always helpful and accommodating. At one point, we were a bit frustrated and felt there was a gap in communication because the sellers of the property(in a chain of four) had decided on a completion date that we were not aware of and we were under pressure to complete the exchange. The solicitors said the agency missed to communicate and the agency said the solicitors missed so. We are not sure what exactly happened but Patricia was very helpful and negotiated with the sellers and the chain on our behalf and ultimately, it all sorted out. We are thankful to Jo and Patricia for helping us with the whole process.
