Highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip. Such a lovely team. Luca worked tirelessly on our purchase property, ensuring everyone was chased up and guiding us through the process. Luca is polite and professional and a an asset to Gibbs Gillespie. We had a number of hurdles to get over and the process at times was frustrating but Luca was always so positive and reassured us everything was going to be fine, and he was right. Ian showed us the house we purchased and was so helpful and took extra time showing our family around and was very informative. He took the time to include our little boy and made it a positive experience. We felt at home on day one of seeing the property and feel very fortunate to now be living in our new home. It was a great experience all around; our purchase did take a long time; however, Sam originally, as part of the offer, and then Luca's support throughout the completion, has been great. Luca communicated well and continuously, helped us chase and push the seller's solicitor, and ensured we were always in the loop on any comms/direction received from the seller. The service provided by Gibbs Gillespie through the sale process has been excellent. Sam and his team have kept us informed of all developments and the options available to us. They have made what is normally a stressful process as stress-free as possible. A special mention to Luca who liaised between ourselves, the buyers and solicitors after the sale had been agreed to significantly reduce the time until exchange of contracts.

Luca Beltrami took care of our purchase of our property. It was a long-winded process for its completion. I am not normally one to post an online review, but I have to say Gibbs Gillespie have been fantastic with the sale of my property. I have dealt with other estate agents in the area but they do not compare to the level of service, competence, expertise and the number of viewings of my property that Gibbs Gillespie generated which was a key thing for me. Once you agree to a sale through Gibbs Gillespie they have a dedicated move manager who ensures the whole sales process goes through smoothly from start to finish. Overall it has been a great experience selling my property through Gibbs Gillespie and I highly recommend using them if you are selling your property in the near future! Special mention must go to Peter who initially handled the listing and leading the sales process and also Luca who was my dedicated move manager which is a great touch by Gibbs Gillespie and was my point of contact between myself and the buyer and our respective conveyancers which enabled my sale to go through plain sailing!
