We had a number of hurdles to get over and the process at times was frustrating but Luca was always so positive and reassured us everything was going to be fine, and he was right. Ian showed us the house we purchased and was so helpful and took extra time showing our family around and was very informative. He took the time to include our little boy and made it a positive experience. We felt at home on day one of seeing the property and feel very fortunate to now be living in our new home. I normally deal with Claire and she has dealt with a rather frustrating issue from start to finish, always keeping us informed and managing to resolve it.
