I recently moved into a property and there was an issue with the taps in the bathroom. Chloe was the property manager and was very helpful. She explained the online process of reporting maintenance requirements which I did. Within hours it was forwarded to the maintenance team and booked in for repair. Days later it was sorted. Very responsive and helpful. Thank you Chloe.

Amy Bignell has been very efficient in handling all tenancy related matters for me and always sends her reply promptly.

We reached out to GG Ruislip looking for a property to rent. Leonie was very helpful from the beggining. We were interested in two properties, for which she helped us schedule viewings. We couldn't attend a face to face viewing of one of these properties and she very kindly organized a FaceTime call to show us the property. She's been very helpful throughout the letting process and she's always replied in a timely manner to all of our doubts. I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again for future lettings. I had the pleasure of meeting Hazel. This my first face to face encounter and she was very friendly but professional and punctual which I am very particularly with time, so that was a plus. We got through the house viewing with great ease. Telephone conversations with Hazel made the process so much easier as she was very polite. All in all she is a great asset to Gibbs Gillespie.
