We appreciate the realistic approach from Daniel, the branch manager, on the state of the market and Vishaal, one of the three staff who showed viewers of our property, for the updates during the process leading up to the exchange. I am a Landlord and was unable to be in the country when the tenants checked out of the property. Lewis from the Uxbridge Lettings Office visited the property a couple of days later to take fresh photographs and found the Freezer very heavily iced up but defrosting. He returned to the property later that day and defrosted the Freezer and returned the next day to wipe it all down. Definitely service above and beyond! These actions further endorsed my decision to now move full management of my properties to Gibbs Gillespie.
