I was looking to rent an apartment in Ruislip recently while I am from oversea. Ellie from Gibbs Gillespie was so helpful with my search for a property. Ellie is so friendly, and she kept me informed about the status. In addition, she always replies to my emails and proactively calls me for viewing opportunities. While I nearly lose my hope of finding an apartment, she put great effort into securing a flat that I am looking for. Thank you!

Kelly - Pinner Lettings Office Kelly at the Pinner Lettings Office was brilliant from the very first contact and right until the tenancy contract was concluded and signed. In fact, she has gone out of her way to ensure that I was kept updated on the progress of my offer, ensuring that she answered even the most trivial questions I had, as well as making sure that she followed up on everything. I cannot express my gratitude to Kelly for all her helps and professionalism; and I would highly recommend going to see her at the Pinner Lettings Office, and Gibbs and Gillespie in general. Divina (Property Manager for my flat) Divina's professionalism was evident from the off, when she called me to introduce herself, and dealt with issues in the flat. In fact they were resolved within 48 hours, which was brilliant. Many thanks for resolving the issue Divina.

Richard was very professional and friendly. He provided outstanding customer service right from the point of viewing to signing of contracts and moving in. Lucy (sales agent) was very warm and friendly on first meet and really put our mind at ease about the whole process. We had no doubts about wanting to work with Gibbs Gillespie. Danielle (move manager) was excellent in handing our sale with great communication and all in a very timely fashion. I always felt she was in control of the situation and was looking to achieve exchange as early as possible. Very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend!
