I would like to write how happy and pleased I am with the service Gibbs&Gillespie provide for the property they rent out for me. The management team that look after my property keep me informed and work to my best interest. The rental staff find good tenets and the fees I pay I consider good value for the service provided.

Excellent & very professional company whilst we rented the property. Zia Ali who dealt with our initial contact when renting property in Rayners Lane, he was very professional all the way through the tenancy. The management team - Shavonne was also very helpful with the maintenance of thee property who dealt swiftly with the few problems under tenancy. Overall, very happy with the company and have no such bad experience with them

Out of the many estate agents I've encountered over many years in the Chalfonts/Gerrards Cross area, Gibbs Gillespie were by far the best to deal with - quite simply, it's run by real people, not your usual estate agent types! We bought and sold through them and the whole team in Gerrards Cross was a pleasure to deal with - good communication, professional in all dealings and very customer focused - quite rare these days! Highly recommended.

James at Northwood with the team there did a stress free and worry free sale for us. We have a two year old son and we were concerned how the viewings were going to take place without our son having to pack all his toys and not unsettle him in his routine. The branch team organised a viewing day, which took place on a Saturday, we went out for the day and didn't have to worry. Which if it had been done individual days and times we feel we would not of got such a good response and would of been unsettling for our son. I had several agents round to value the house on deciding to re-locate. Morgan from Gibbs Gillespie stood out head and shoulders above the rest. It was a pleasure to work with him and Lucy. I always felt that I was a priority to them. The house was sold within 6 days of being marketed, when those buyers could not fulfil, Morgan re-marketed the house and sold it again within 24 hours, and for 15 thousand more. I can't account for others, nor can I describe the service of the other teams, but the lettings team were extremely helpful, attentive and polite. Very happy with the service and I believe that should a situation arise in the future when I need to use them again, they'll be my first port of call for the area.

We have used Orchards at Ealing Common to let our flat on three occasions and they are always focussed, diligent, enthusiastic and professional.
