Me and my girlfriend were looking for the perfect flat for ourselves and we are so happy that Stevie from Gibbs Gillespie helped us on our journey. From the start she understood what we wanted and helped us every single step of the way, always with a positive attitude. She even went above and beyond to assist us and to ensure we are happy of which we are overjoyed. We can't thank her enough.

Gibbs (Uxbridge branch) were helpful in navigating my purchase from the beginning to end. They took time to show us around the property and communicated well at all stages. David, in particular kept me informed at all times during the transaction and we communicated well. The one bit of feedback for improvement I have is that keys on completion should be handed at the property (especially helpful for those in a chain and travelling from far). It acts to solidy the relationship and leave a good long standing impression.

I sold my flat with Northfields Estate Agents, using the Ealing branch. From the very beginning, communication was great. And in my case, this great communication was key. I dealt with a particularly difficult buyer's solicitor. Leah and Rohan were very efficient at getting things done, seeking the information where needed and keeping everyone up to date. The process was quite frustrating in my case and Leah and Rohan managed to keep me in full trust with their hard work and dedication for the sale to happen in everyone's interest. It was my 6th time dealing with estate agents to either sell or buy a property and I can say I had never been so impressed by their professionalism and personal approach. Everyone at Northfields was efficient and properly briefed when Leah was not available. I would, and I have recommended Northfields estate agents to anyone, in particular the Ealing branch. I, personally, praise and thank Leah Verasammy and Rohan Berry for handling my sale with brio.
