Thanks to letting professional team mainly by Julian, we could achieve updated and fruitful screening process of our property search. Unfortunately, we engaged with some other agent due to the mismatch of the property under management, however we believe his effort and support was helpful to find out the best way. We duly reccomend Gibbs as the one of the most professional letting agent in Northwood.

Fantastic experience dealing with Vicky and Dev (Gerrards Cross branch). We found them highly professional, very helpful and very pleasant in their approach. Dev and Vicky helped us find our dream house, negotiated the best deal for us and supported us throughout the move. Another thing worth mentioning is personal approach. Getting a new home, moving, etc, all of this can be quite stressful. In our case we were lucky to have Vicky and Dev making the whole process as easy for us as it was possible. We felt that we were taken care of. And it was genuine.

Our agent, Jamie, provided a friendly and professional service. We felt safe and reassured throughout the entire process. He was an excellent communicator, pro-active in his approach and up front with the details. After having found the house we wanted to buy, we had a tight deadline to work to. We weren’t sure if it was the best idea to sell during December but Jamie assured us we’d be in control throughout the entire process. He stayed in constant contact with the agents to keep them posted on viewings and to make sure we didn’t lose out on the property. He maintained this line of communication all the way until the end. The most stand out part of my experience with Gibbs Gillespie was that Jamie was highly pro-active in resolving any queries I had. He would contact the agents we were buying from, our buyers, our buyers solicitors, and our solicitors. It meant I only really needed to contact him directly to get an overview of where we were at in the process. A final point worth mentioning is that all my calls and emails were replied to. This fit perfectly with a busy schedule and meant I could resolve queries during the working day.

Vishal has been very helpful and friendly. He has gone the extra mile for customer service and my family and I have built a really good relationship with him. He's been fantastic to work with and I would recommend my friends and other family members to contact him if they needed to buy or sell their homes.
