This was our very first time of selling a property and we were stressed with the thought of the whole process that we needn't be! Having put our faith in Philip @ Gibbs, he delivered in every aspect and we could not be more pleased. 33 YEARS SINCE OUR LAST MOVE - THANKS GIBBS GILLESPIE FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! After 33 years in the same home, moving house was a daunting prospect. However, from the outset it was clear that we were in very capable hands, with all at GG working together as a team. This meant that everyone was always up to date on progress and current status. Throughout, and without exception, everyone was friendly, helpful and totally customer focused. With so much experience of the local market, sound advice and guidance was provided during the initial marketing stage, and juggling the many viewings over a short space of time was handled very successfully. Also having formed an excellent working relationship with local solicitors, GG was able to provide initial recommendations and to help coordinate and smooth the flow of the whole legal process e.g. thanks to the goodwill of all involved, exchange of contracts actually took place “after hours” and in the run-up to Xmas when it would have been easier to have just put things on hold until the new year. While undoubtedly a team effort, Sales Director Sam Robbins merits particular acknowledgement. His perseverance, resourcefulness, good humour, determination to get the job done, ability to calm and diffuse even the most stressful situations, and total commitment to absolute customer satisfaction is both exceptional and exemplary. Truly the stuff from which super heroes and legends are made! Our grateful thanks to all at GG for everything they have done to ensure a successful and very satisfactory outcome.

We used Gibbs Gillespie to sell our house, after several attempt from other estate agents Gibbs Gillespie / Vishal Adatia managed to sell our property fairly quickly and the team was very professional, efficient and knows their stuff. Vishal and the rest of the team was very good at their job. Michael Beaumont also managed to ensure the rest of the process from offer being accepted to completion went smoothly. I am competing this on behalf of myhusband and son who were shown round various properties by Tom on Monday 9/1. They had done a number of viewings via and with various different agents and the only one who impressed them was Tom and he impressed them greatly by his knowledge of the properties and the areas they were in. Many of the other agents seemed to know nothing at all, to even basic information. We were considering more than one area and have in fact decided to purchase in Hertford. Despite the fact that they would have been pleased to give Tom the business, this was not possible but one thing is certain - if we ever needed to market a property or recommend someone to do so in Rickmansworth Gibbs Gillespie would be who we would choose. This review is about Maria King in particular. Maria is warm and personable to deal with and very efficient at responding to calls and emails. She genuinely cares about the service she is giving and I wish more estate agents were like this. A total pleasure from start to finish.
