Philip from Gibbs was very proactive and organised multiple viewings within a short timescale with the result that the property sold within 3 weeks of being on the market. He was there at all stages liaising with me, the buyers and the solicitors to ensure that things progressed as smoothly and promptly as possible. Other staff in the branch were also very helpful and efficient. Selling property and moving is stressful but Gibbs Gillespie did an excellent job and things couldn't really have gone any better.
