During the buying and selling of my property, the staff at Gibbs Gillespie have communicated effectively by phone, text and email. In particular, I would praise and recommend Jonathan Webb. Jonathan is easy to communicate with and has always taken my call or returned my call within 5 minutes. He is proactive and has informed me of the progress of all parties in the chain. He gives decent solutions and provides logistical recommendations to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly. With the exchange of contracts, he was instrumental in ensuring that all parties were in the position to exchange. He made prudent checks that all the legal enquiries had been answered and that the relevant deposit monies were with the solicitors acting. Jonathan has a lot of experience and knowledge and was able to recommend a solution to an enquiry where all parties were happy. Jonathan is a credit and an asset to Gibbs Gillespie. I have no doubts in recommending Gibbs Gillespie and in particularly Jonathan Webb.

Excellent & very professional service by Philip Benger and the team at Harrow branch. Always been available to answer any queries we had through out the process of buying the house very quickly and to the satisfactory level. I highly recommend!

Paul and his colleagues have done a supurb job selling our house, from start to finish always polite a curtious and understanding specially when i have a young family. Gibbs Gillespie was excellent in supporting us in the purchase of our house from the searching of properties to completion. Kudos and special thanks, in particular, to Vishal Adatia for providing us with such an excellent, warm and caring customer service during the search, ensuring that our needs were met, providing us with up to date communication and making us feel valued as customers.

No fault of the Gibbs team at all but our process was extremely drawn out and complicated with a lot of pressure from the above chain landing firmly on George Callaghan (Sales & Marketing Manager - Pinner). This meant a lot of delicate people management was required in a very heightened state of anxiousness. George showed exceptional patience remaining focused on the end goal rather than getting muddled over the immediate noise that was happening on a daily basis. He also had the strength of character to tell people what they did not want to hear (whilst managing that situation positively) rather than appease them only to create trust issues further down the line. Whilst all this was happening he also managed to break his ankle (quite dramatically) and still get the process over the line.

Great experience from first phone call. Nothing was too much for this team and they made me feel very welcome. Erica & Fiona were the ladies I dealt with and both were fantastic. Highly recommended!

I would just like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with Isaac James from the Ealing Common office recently. He was attentive and polite, he understood the brief immediately and did not waste my time showing me unsuitable properties. He was prompt for all our meetings and was always quick to get back to me with answers to any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Orchard Estates to anyone looking for a property in the Ealing area.
