We have recently acquired a property through Gibbs Gillespie Northwood Estate Agents. The process has been excellent and conducted with great professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm. I would seriously consider working with them again in the future.

Gibbs Gillespie were chosen from 3 local agents to handle the sale of a family house.They were appointed in March and after one false start an offer was accepted on 19th May and sale completed on 21st July. I was extremely impressed with the Ruislip Manor office and in particular with the Sales and Marketing manager,George Callaghan.We were kept informed about viewings and the process in establishing a sensible offer. We accepted slightly less than the guide price to secure the right purchaser and we were happy to accept Georges recommendation. We recently completed a house purchase for a listing through Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip. Even though they were the sellers agents all the people i dealt with at Gibbs Gillespie were thoroughly professional with us as a buyer and at all times kept our best interests in mind. Particularly, Charlie and Dominic were brilliant, very supportive and prompt in responding to our calls and queries. Dominic was extremely helpful in coordinating things for us in a timely manner with the sellers and all the way to completion his advice and experience was invaluable to me personally.

I purchased a property with Gibbs Gillespie Northwood earlier this year, and I have to say it was handled by Oliver Squires with great tact and diplomacy and managed to keep the three way business relationship going. It was the most difficult purchase I have experienced, that went on for months, from lost paperwork to the vendors pulling out of the sale twice. Oliver handled a very stressful sale with great patience and tenacity, which paid off in the end, with all parties happy. All I can say is, to those that question why we pay agent fees, that it is worth every penny to pay for experience in handling adverse situations and people. I know if I was handling it on my own, I would have blown a fuse in the first week.....and blown the sale! I'm so happy I got the property I wanted. Well done and thank you Oliver!

We chose Gibbs Gillespie Northwood as they were the most pro-active agent, namely Mr. Oliver Squires and were hungry for the appointment. Once the appointment was confirmed, we set a detailed requirements and Oliver and his team did the utmost to make the process flow in the manner set. There were a few hiccups on the way, however, Oliver used all his sales and negotiation skills and went way beyond his job role to personally make sure we got to a completed sale!!
