My experience of using Gibbs to sell my flat was positive from agreeing the commission, the open day and the actual sale. My estate agent Chris Sheenhan kept me informed throughout the process and importantly returned calls and emails. He was professional but also supportive throughout. The only thing I would recommend is giving Saturday staff more information when they are showing someone around. I have been shown around by gibbs agents at different properties where they had no knowledge of the owners positions.
