Have moved recently into a property managed by this agency. Very satisfied with their services. We received all the support we needed when going through referencing process. Once moved, we also got a very efficient and prompt property manager - Haffeeza. She handled all our inquiries with lots of patience and professionalism.

Recently I had to support my family selling a property in Ealing. I worked closely with Leah Verasammy, from the Ealing Broadway office. I can only say great things about our collaboration: - She was very proactive and transparent keeping us up to date - She always went the extra mile to close the deal and unblock pending stuff. She was frequently in touch will all parties and our solicitors to ensure the sale was in track. - She knows very well the market, the industry and how to move things forward. I would definitely recommend working with them!

I personally dealt with Kasia at Uxbridge branch she was very helpful and always answered calls promptly when rang and gave us honest answers and tried her best constantly and went out of her way to assist us . She gives every case her personal attention and can’t recommend her enough.

She is one in a million she works in such an efficient manner when responding to her emails and then will have a follow up call with you to make sure you are kept in the loop. It was my first time on the property ladder but Leah and the Northfields Ealing Broadway team made it so easy for me. From the viewings - which were promptly arranged - to the whole conveyancing process, Leah and the team were always responsive to my queries and worked with both parties to move past any obstacles. I'm surprised they haven't blocked my number - that's how often I was able to get in touch for peace of mind. Whichever side of the market you're on, I'd recommend them - I certainly hope the team is still together if I need to sell in the future.

I recently made a sale using Gibbs Gillespie. I was amazed to find out that they now employ a Move Manager to ensure their sales go through smoothly and efficiently. Anyone who has tried to move recently will know what a tortuous process it can be. Well - not if you have a Move Manager like Kasia Zelazko. She has been nothing less than brilliant. I was quite stressed with the process in the end but she was consistently polite and persistent and could not have done more to ensure my sale went through. I cannot praise her work highly enough.
