Very professional, Katie Moore was very helpful and easy to talk to.

I had a stress-free time moving into my accommodation and was very easy thanks to my agent Katie Moores. Who made sure every step Was completed on time. Very polite and was always open for any questions regarding the property and the application process.

Katie F and Divinia have been exceptionally helpful throughout the process. I've really enjoyed their regular communication to get things done.

Victoria Wharton at Gibbs provided a fantastic level of service by finding a tenant that fit my requirements within a week and then sorting out the admin so they could move in within 6 days. She talked me through all of the steps and quickly responded to my many questions. Thank you Victoria!

Nancy Welter was very efficient when my tenants fridge freezer stopped working.. She was able to find a contractor very quickly who fixed the problem. Thank you

Would like to extend a very big thank you to the whole team at Gibbs Gillspie Rickmansworth. Specially to Sophie and Shannon. I was communicating and dealing with Sophie from the beginning and she’s very helpful, accommodating and responsive. Went to see 3 properties in the area and Sophie arrange Shanon to help us with the viewings. Shanon was always on time and very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. We missed a property after paying the holding deposit because the landlord changed her mind but Sophie tried her best to find us a new property soon as possible. And she did! Really pleased with the service we received. 5* Highly recommended

Couldn't recommend both Elaine & Matt enough. From the moment we listed our property, their communication and efforts were second to none. At each stage of the process both were on hand to assist with Solicitors, chasing relevant parties and ensuring we fully understood what was required of us as Sellers. The estate agents from Gibbs, especially Thomas and Tom, at the Pinner office helped us all the way from viewings to exchange of contracts for our house purchase and they have been a pleasure to work with! I have never wrote a review before but I have to on here my name is Donna. I have been letting from the company since 2017 they don't manage my property but I will tell you they are mega helpful 1 advisor I will mention Joshua Hardy is fantastic he listens to me moan about my landlord but every time his is such a pleasure to speak to wish I could take him with me to my new place lol.
