I had to move an appointment at short notice and Chloe not only accommodated my request without hesitation, but she was also pro-active in rescheduling it and kept me fully informed on the day of the new appointment. The experience this agency offers is second to none. We had been looking for a few months, and had seen many estate agents. Indiana not only didn't give up but took the time to understand what we wanted and why, measured by showing us a property that was so new that there wasn't a proper file for it - which turned out to be the 'one'. Billy was also of great help, they were both brilliant to speak to and deal with, taking a huge amount of stress away from moving home. We're still just as happy after 7 months of living here as we were when we viewed the place. Would reccomend Northfields to anyone looking for a place to rent for sure!

We had very good experience with Gibbs Gillespie. Jake Owens was very professional and helpful in arranging viewings for the houses. We did not receive this level of service and attention from any other state agents. Kasia Zelazko was also very nice and friendly in replying to our queries and coordinating.
