Leonie from Gibbs Gillespie, Ruislip Lettings, has been beyond helpful with my search for a property. The market is tough so Leonie put all of her efforts in to help me secure a fantastic flat that I am so delighted with. Leonie is so friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept me informed during the process and always responded to my emails and calls. I had had difficulties for months looking for a suitable home, thank goodness I found Leonie and Gibbs Gillespie when I was starting to loose hope with finding a property! She is an absolute joy to deal with and can’t recommend her enough as a letting agent. If I could give Leonie and her customer customer service more than five stars I certainly would!

We sold our Shared Ownership flat with Northfields (Ealing Broadway branch) and Leah was absolutely exceptional. She's a fantastic communicator, friendly yet professional and confidence inspiring. Every step of the way, we felt thoroughly supported and were kept on the same page with our buyer. Her advice was always helpful, whether it be on helping us understand the process, avoid delays, or simply reassuring us when we had misunderstood something. Our interactions with other staff at Northfields was also always pleasant and effective. I would recommend Northfields, and particularly Leah to anybody looking to sell their property - it is the only selling cost that we feel we have had fantastic value for money with. Likewise, if we were staying in the area to buy or rent, we would definitely have looked back towards them as we are sure they would be equally as brilliant on the other side of the transaction. Leah, you have been brilliant, thank you so much for all your hard work and support.

Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor did a fantastic job of marketing and selling my property. Tommy and Danielle were brilliant, keeping me updated and made the whole experience stress free. The team secured double the amount of viewings in 1 week then another agent secured in 6 weeks and multiple offers. I will be using Gibbs again for the next move and recommending to family and friends!

Yasemyn provides the best customer service among all the estate agents I have ever seen in London. She promptly answered all the queries and solved all the issues. She acts as a great link between tenants and landlord with great and efficient communication. Definitely recommend

Ellie Spencer is brilliant. I don't admire her role of being the one to deliver the bad news of how much a landlord may owe HRMS in taxes but the clarity with which she does it, presenting the figures in a simple understandable manner, even to me whose relationship with figures is not easy, is commendable. As a Landlord the tenancy process was conducted in a very smooth and efficient manner. Molly from Romans Group was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or queries.

Gibbs Gillespie Northwood branch recently handled the sale of a property in Northwood for me. Morgan Withers the branch manager was the gentleman who conducted the sale, "gentleman" being the operative word. His conduct throughout the process of selling the property was exceptionally professional. They say you cannot put an old head on young shoulders but if you had had the same experience as me then you would be forgiven for thinking that this is a fallacy. The knowledge and experience he demonstrated could easily have been taken as coming from someone two or three decades more senior than him. Telephone calls and emails were returned promptly, I don't ever recall having to chase him up - or his staff - on anything. Advice from him on the queries I had throughout the selling process came across clearly, concisely and very helpful. His staff were equally impressive too. Senior Sales Administrator Hollie Byrne prepared the marketing material exquisitely and wrote up a property description in colourful language in pros I had never heard before. The enhanced photos in the glossy brochures were exceptional, very detailed and included the Ofsted's ratings for local schools which I had not seen in any of the other local estate agents' literature I was considering for the sale! Faye Lewis also performed superbly in showing potential buyers around, some wanting to visit several times, however, nothing was a bother for her. Again communication from her was excellent whilst maintaining the politeness and friendliness I experienced from Morgan, Holly and other staff answering the phones at the branch. To top it all off I received the price I wanted for the property in a relatively short space of time not least of which I think was attributable to Morgan's good communication with the buyer. The bottom line is if you want an optimal and seemless experience in selling your property hand it over to Gibbs Gillespie and sit back and relax. Well done and thank you Morgan, Holly, Faye and anyone else that was involved at the Northwood branch that I did not have the pleasure to be introduced to! All the best.

I have recently had two properties marketed and Tenants found through Gibbs Gillespie Lettings in Ruislip. Sarah, Charlotte, and her team have been fantastic. From starting the process to having Tenants move in has been efficient and professional. They constantly keep you informed each step of the way. Gibbs have a great system to pay invoices/contractors and track the process of my properties as they are prepared for the New Tenants. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I do not have enough words to deeply thank Leah Verasammy for her professional approach, accountability on actions, addressing possible hiccups, communicating on time and making me feel that I had an ally throughout the whole process.
