Heather helped me finding a suitable place to live in, my requirements were met and then some. She was superb on a number of items: chasing up lawyers for the probate status, dealing with my lawyers, any items I needed to get done, regular comms so no doubt as to what was going on and more such that I found the whole process of purchasing the property relatively easy!

Stevie has been helping me with my property search and I can’t thank her enough. This was my first time looking at renting so had a lot of questions and she has been so helpful in helping me find someone.

She is always very helpful with any query and always fast to respond. The renting process was made very easy by her friendly and professional service - on Monday we came to Northfields, Tuesday she showed us a property that perfectly matched our criteria and she had our offer accepted by the landlord in only a few hours after we submitted on Wednesday. Throughout the whole time she was easy to reach by phone, email and in the office for any questions we had. I could not have asked for a better service from Indiana.

Thank goodness for Elaine Lawrence - she kept me sane throughout the sale of our property. The solicitors on both sides were slow (there were only two parties in this transaction) and had it not been for Elaine constantly chasing the two solicitors, I think our transaction would have dragged on for another month. Elaine is very friendly and supportive, a true gem and more importantly kept me up to date with the transaction. Thank you so much Elaine, you have been a life saver!
