Have now been using Gibbs Gillespie for just over 2 months. Being a very inexperienced Landlord I wanted to get somebody that would not only look after my property but also make sure that I got the right type of tenants and indeed the tenants are properly looked after. So far I have zero complaints. I started my engagment initially with Karam Sobti (who was excellent) and now the property is being managed by Louis King who is absolutely brilliant. I do want this feedback to go back to both Louis and Karam as between them they've made my experience go from wariness (in using a Letting Agent) to wanting to buy more property and just giving them to Gibbs to manage. Brilliant...(so far :-) )

The sales & support team at Gibbs were always professional, open, honest and reliable. While selling a house is never stress free, Gibbs did as much of the heavy lifting and chasing as possible for which we are grateful. Thank you Thomas and the team.

We had a boilder issue over the weekend, so I submitted a repair online and also sent an email to Devina Cole. This morning, I recieved a call from Stacey Churchward of Gibbs Gillespie Uxbridge, she took some details from me and said she would call me back-in a few. Minutes later-she called me back to say that she had instructed an Engineer to come and attend to the issue-within the same hour, the Engineer, @Steve from Gas Flow Heating was on site and the issue was resolved. I found this a 5 star service. Its was hustle free and prompt and flawless. I just couldnt keep quiet about this. Many times, we only point out things that go wrong and forget the things that go right. To everyone that helped, thank you very much for the amazing job. God Bless you. My children will be sure to have a hot shower tonight.

Fabulous staff who went the extra mile to sell my house and get the agreed asking price. Jason was professional, courteous and realistic when he valued my house and secured a fair price for it which I was happy with. Other estate agents came in with unrealistic valuations to try and get my business or suggested I slashed the price by nearly £80,000 to get a quick sale. He stayed in close contact for the duration of the time that my house was on the market. I particularly valued Northfields experience and expertise when it came to exchanging contracts and agreeing a date for completion. I was near the top of a very long chain and Heather went out of her way to reach out to all of buyers/sellers and their solicitors to unblock potential issues and keep things moving. She was absolutely amazing and really went the extra mile to stay on top of what was happening throughout the chain (the estate agents acting for my purchaser and the vendor of the property I was buying would ask Heather for updates as they weren't on top of what was happening themselves). The staff at Northfields in Pitshanger are also very friendly and helpful. I had a very positive experience throughout. Thank you!

Elaine was honestly the nicest, most efficient agent we have ever worked with. She was extremely patient with us and always answered all our questions. She’s professional and so positive that it just makes you feel at ease during the entire process of selling your home. She really went out of her way to assist us as much as she could. Would highly recommend working with her. We have had such a seamless experience with her.
